On December 4 from 12:00 to 5:00 pm, Christmas on Crawford Street will fill Crawford Street between Adams and Monroe Streets with holiday joy. Historic buildings dressed for the season will be open to the public with special activities. Activities include, gingerbread men decorating, Victorian decoration demonstration, quilting demonstration, original works of art by local artists on display and for sale, caroling, free holiday treats, bake sale and the Jingle Bell Junction Art and Crafts Fair. The following organizations will have historic open houses: The Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation, The Balfour House, Pemberton’s Headquarters, The Baldwin House Victorian Tea and Coffee Parlor and Crawford Street Studios. The event is free and open to the public.

Director of the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation. “The six buildings on
this block of Crawford Street have a fabulous history and should provide a great
venue for children and adults to enjoy the food, music, and arts and crafts of
the season.”
